Fit the pack comfortably around the affected area, placing the therapeutic gel portion over the affected area. Adjust as required for best fit.

1. For hot fermentation or to use as an ice pack – microwave or immerse in boiling water to heat; freeze to chill.
2. New generation gel beads technology from the original manufacturers of the hot and cold pack. Gel beads have better thermal properties and are more comfortable to use – beads allow for better flexibility and prevent bursting compared to non-bead packs.
